以易感病的切花百合品种“西伯利亚”鳞茎为试材,采用单因素随机试验方法,研究了30%醚菌酯水剂(0.67g/L)、8.5%高锰酸钾水剂(1.33g/L)、50%咪鲜胺锰盐粉剂(0.67g/L)、25%咪鲜胺粉剂(1.00g/L)、25%嘧菌酯水剂(0.67g/L)、99.9%高锰酸钾(0.33g/L)、25%甲霜·霜霉威粉剂(1.67g/L)等7种药剂对百合鳞茎青霉病的防治效果。结果表明:50%咪鲜胺锰盐粉剂0.67g/L溶液浸泡鳞茎20min,百合鳞茎的感病率、病情指数最低,防治有效率达61.40%,健康根系数量最多,与其它处理差异极显著;25%咪鲜胺粉剂1.00g/L溶液处理在感病率、相对防治效果等2项指标与其它处理差异极显著,防治效果仅次于50%咪鲜胺锰盐粉剂0.67g/L溶液处理。其余5种药剂处理虽然个别指标与对照差异显著,但综合防治效果不理想。因此,选用50%咪鲜胺锰盐粉剂(0.67g/L)溶液在百合冷藏前进行浸泡处理,对百合鳞茎青霉病防治效果最好。

Although the other five kinds of medicaments have significant difference between individual indicators and the control, the integrated control effect is not satisfactory. Therefore, the selection of 50% prochloraz manganese salt powder (0.67g / L) solution before lily soaking treatment, the best prevention and control of lily bulblet disease.
