全国教育工作会议的召开给教育发展指明了方向,给教师带来了前进的契机,但也带来了新的任务。在这种情势下,大学英语教师更需要由单一角色型转向多角色型;由传统教学型转向反思研究型;由显性教学型转向隐形教学型;由单向给予型转向教学相长型。
The convening of the National Education Work Conference has indicated the direction for educational development and brought teachers forward opportunities, but it also brought new tasks. In this situation, college English teachers need to shift from a single role model to a multi-actor model; from a traditional teaching model to a reflective research model; from an explicit teaching model to an invisible teaching model; and from a one-way to a teaching model.
