教师是新课程改革的实践者,教师素质和对新课程的理解程度直接关系新课程改革能否深入开展。高中历史课堂教学中存在的不足和问题,需要教师和学生共同发挥主观能动性,互相配合。教师在专业技能与专业素养上有所提升,学生的自主学习能力有所增强,自然会创造出生动、活泼、有趣、实在的历史课堂,完成教学任务,达成教学目标。
Teachers are the practitioners of the new curriculum reform.
