For a long time, historians in the “first division of workers and peasants revolutionary army,” the formation of time, the formation of the site and the formation of the question, there are three kinds of views. Without any exception, there are major doubts that we can hardly justify by carefully analyzing and examining the respective arguments of the three kinds of views. Through the examination, this paper argues that “the first division of the First Corps of the Workers ’and Peasants’ Revolutionary Army” was established by Xiushe et al. At the Xiushui Pass meeting held in late August 1927
