研究了不同盐浓度胁迫下罗布麻种子的抗性酶活性及含量。罗布麻种子萌发采用盐溶液水培方法,设0、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6mol/L8个盐梯度。分析罗布麻丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)三种酶的含量和活性随盐浓度的变化趋势。得出结论:MDA含量和SOD活性变化趋势大致相似,都是先上升后下降,在NaCI溶液浓度为0.3mol/L时达到最高值,Pro含量的变化规律不甚明显,但与对照组相比其含量增加。研究结果可为塔里木河下游受损生态系统的恢复和重建提供参考。
The enzyme activity and content of Apocynum venetum seed under different salt concentrations were studied. Apocynum seed germination using salt solution hydroponics method, set 0,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6 mol / L8 salt gradient. The content and activity of three enzymes of apocynum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and free proline (Pro) were analyzed with the trend of salt concentration. It is concluded that the changes of MDA content and SOD activity are similar, all of them first increase and then decrease, reach the highest value when the concentration of NaCI solution is 0.3mol / L, the variation of Pro content is not obvious, but compared with the control group Its content increased. The results may provide reference for the restoration and reconstruction of damaged ecosystems in the lower reaches of Tarim River.
