1987年初,瑞典、西班牙和美国分别从ABB卡旁公司(ABB CARBON)和ASEA拔柏葛(ASEA BABCOCK)公司各订购一套高增压流化床燃烧装置(简称PFBC)。三套系统的建造工作进展顺利,并计划于1990年调试。从环保角度着眼,二套PFBC系统对功率为70到700 MW的燃煤联合循环电厂是可以接受的新技术。PFBC对现有电厂的更新改造,即采用高增压流化床燃烧室和燃气轮机代替老的燃油或燃煤锅炉特别合适。经更新之后,联合循环系统的出力可以提高15~30%,而其煤耗则可降低15%。
In early 1987, Sweden, Spain and the United States each ordered a high-pressure fluidized bed combustion unit (PFBC) from ABB CARBON and ASEA BABCOCK respectively. Construction of the three systems is progressing well and is scheduled to be commissioned in 1990. From an environmental perspective, the two PFBC systems are new technologies that are acceptable for coal-fired combined-cycle power plants with power of 70 to 700 MW. PFBC is particularly suitable for retrofitting existing power plants, that is, using high-pressure fluidized bed combustors and gas turbines instead of older fuel or coal-fired boilers. After being updated, the combined-cycle system can boost output by 15-30% and reduce coal consumption by 15%.
