《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:教师教学应该以学生的认知发展水平和已有的经验为基础,面向全体学生,注重启发式和因材施教。“因材施教”是教学的重点,对于小学高年级的学生来说,由于基础等方面的不同,学生存在着一定的差异,在教学时且忌一刀切,否则课堂就变成了中等生的课堂,优生得不到提高,差生得不到进步。因此实施分层辅导,对不同学生在教学设计、课堂教学和作业布批等方面进行差别化对待,可以提高不同层次学生的学习自信,让数学课堂展现出共同提高的良好前景。
The standard of compulsory education mathematics curriculum points out that the teaching of teachers should be based on the level of cognitive development of students and the existing experience, and be aimed at all the students, focusing on heuristic and teaching according to their aptitude. “Teaching students according to their aptitude ” is the key point of teaching. For the students in the upper grades of elementary school, there are some differences in students due to different aspects such as foundation. In teaching, they should avoid omissions, otherwise the class becomes a medium-sized class , Eugenics did not improve, poor students did not progress. Therefore, implementing different levels of counseling and differentiating different students in teaching design, classroom teaching and homework assignments can improve students’ self-confidence in learning at different levels and make the mathematics classroom show a good prospect of common improvement.
