Gerstmann综合征少见。现报道3例如下: 例1 女55岁。突然跌倒,言语不清3天于1989年8月22日入院。查体,神志清、失语、手指失认,失算,左右定向不能,失写、失读。右中枢性面舌瘫,右侧肢体轻瘫。CT示左顶枕区血肿,面积4.61×4.37cm。治疗2个月,失语、手指失认、左右定向恢复。而失算、失写、失读无明显好转。例2 女59岁。突然说话不能2周,于1989年9月24日入院。查体、神志清,失语、手指失认,失算、失写,失读左右定向不能。颅神经及四肢基本正常。CT:左颞、顶、枕区及脑室旁梗塞、右基底节及顶枕区软化灶。治疗、一个月。失语,左
