To address major traffic problems for the people of Biloxi, Mississippi, an elevated precast prestressed concrete bridge was constructed across a minimum headroom of U.S. Highway 90 with few common areas. Many cities in the United States today face a dilemma: how to extend the road network between states; how to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment and how to maintain the integrity of the built-up area when building urban bridges; and how to choose a construction method that does not interfere with the daily Of the traffic flow; and how to provide the city with a beautiful and satisfactory road and bridge system.
