社会主义初级阶段理论,是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。本文提出的社会主义初级阶段的基本经济纲领,我认为是基本路线在经济方面的展开与体现,是指导经济工作的基本纲领,也是实现社会主义现代化的基本经济纲领。我认为,社会主义初级阶段的基本经济纲领,是以邓小平理论为指导,在党的基本路线领导下,又经十五大总结近二十年改革开放的实践经验形成的。它阐述了经济方面的基本目标和基本政策,论证了建设有中国特色社会主义经济就是在社会主义条件下发展市场经济,不断解放与发展主产力。它是经济工作和现代化建设的指南。根据我学习十五大文献的体会,把它梳理为十五条。
The theory of the primary stage of socialism is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. The basic economic program of the primary stage of socialism proposed in this paper is the basic program of economic development and manifestation of the basic line. It is the basic program for guiding economic work and the basic economic program for realizing socialist modernization. I think that the basic economic program of the initial stage of socialism was formed under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and under the leadership of the party’s basic line and through the practical experiences of the 15th Party Congress during the last two decades of reform and opening up. It expounds the basic economic goals and basic policies and demonstrates that building a socialist economy with Chinese characteristics means developing a market economy under the conditions of socialism and continuously liberating and developing the main force of production. It is a guide to economic work and modernization. According to my experience in studying the 15th National Congress of the CPC, I will sort it into fifteen articles.
