院内感染监测的重要性在于检测规范消毒的成果,控制医源性感染,防止交叉传播是现代医院行医重要职责[1]。为了更准确灵敏检测院感标本,本院对倾注法与平皿划线法两种方法接种院感采样标本进行对比。1材料与方法 1.1样品来源2012年2月-2013年1月本院住院科室采样标本336份标本。1.2材料与试剂普通营养琼脂,一次性平皿,中和剂、加样器,无菌吸管,恒温培养箱,恒温水浴箱、生物安全柜。1.3方法按照WS/T367-2012[2]文件规定方法操作取样,同批次营养琼脂、生理盐水、中和剂、取样拭子、做无菌空白对照。
