我院采用局部封闭治疗产后耻骨联合分离症3例,取得满意效果,现报道如下。1 临床资料:见表1。 3例均有耻骨联合处剧痛,不能翻身,不能站立,其中2例能勉强以“鸭步”行走。体检:耻骨联合上明显压痛,髋关节不能弯曲伴有小腿外展,2例于耻骨支间可触及裂隙。方法:药液:氢化可的松50mg(10ml)、糜蛋白酶4000U(粉剂),2%利多卡因2.5ml。将上述药混合后,常规消毒耻骨联合区皮肤,用8或9号针头于耻骨联
In our hospital, partial closed treatment of postpartum pubic symphysis sepsis in 3 cases, to obtain satisfactory results, are reported below. 1 clinical data: See Table 1. 3 cases had severe pain in the pubic symphysis, can not stand up, can not stand, of which 2 cases can barely to “duck step ” walk. Physical examination: pubic symphysis obvious tenderness, hip flexion can not be accompanied by calf abduction, 2 cases of pubic symphysis can reach the fissure. Methods: liquid: hydrocortisone 50mg (10ml), chymotrypsin 4000U (powder), 2% lidocaine 2.5ml. After mixing the above drugs, routine disinfection of pubic symphysis area skin with 8 or 9 needles in the pubic symphysis
