本文报告118例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人及81例正常对照者血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)与6—酮—前列腺素F_(1α)(6—酮—PGF_(1α))及血脂等测定结果,发现糖尿病人TXB_2水平增高,6—酮—PGF_(1α)水平降低,在合并冠心病组尤明显;血脂、血压、体重指数(BMI)、不同的治疗方式对TXB_2与6—酮—PGF_(1α)的改变有一定影响。结果提示血栓素A_2(TXA_2)与前列环素(PGI_2)之间的平衡失调在冠心病发病学上可能起一定作用,临床上纠正其失调以及脂代谢紊乱可能对防治糖尿病大血管病变有一定裨益。
In this paper, 118 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and 81 healthy controls were studied. The levels of thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2), 6-keto-PGF 1α (6-keto-PGF 1α) The levels of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) in diabetic patients were significantly lower than those in patients with coronary heart disease (T2DM). The levels of TXB_2, 6-keto- PGF_ (1α) changes have some impact. The results suggest that the imbalance between TXA_2 and PGI_2 may play a role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. To correct the disorder and dyslipidemia in clinic may be helpful for the prevention and treatment of diabetic macroangiopathy. .
