松辽盆地徐深气田CO_2含量比较高,CO_2对套管腐蚀较为复杂,并且腐蚀比较严重。对于高产井生产套管如何既能抗CO_2腐蚀,保证生产安全,又能满足实际生产需求至关重要。SSP1井自然产能较高,针对该井地下环境和地质特征研发应用HP13Cr割缝筛管。设计3种不同筛管缝型布置方案,根据均布载荷、对称载荷和单边载荷3种工况,分析筛管抗挤强度,得到在相同围压载荷作用下,开缝数越多筛管的刚度就越低,产生的径向位移就越大。并且根据3种方案各工况横截面弹性区厚度与筛管厚度的百分比,优选得到外表面60mm×1.2mm,内表面40.16mm×2.16mm,间隔16mm,缝条比123∶10,交错布缝的筛管缝型为最佳布置方案。
