在露天开采中大型电铲配大型非公路汽车正日益普及。尽管并非所有矿山都适于采用大型设备,但只要有可能就总是采用大型设备。新技术加之大型设备在规模上的固有经济性,以每吨开采成本计,证明发展大型设备是合理的。业己证明,露天开采的合理发展趋势是采用大型电铲和汽车。这种趋势所依据的事实是,在某些条件下使用大型设备可用较低的生产成本达到所需的产量水平。鉴于大型设备在规模上固有的经济性、使用大型设备可能引发的生产变革,以及鉴于设备制造厂家对大型设备设计的多方面改进所带来的好处,可以降低单位开采成本。
Large open-cut power shovels with large off-road vehicles are gaining popularity in open pit mining. Although not all mines are suitable for large equipment, large equipment is always used whenever possible. Combined with the economies of scale inherent in large-scale equipment, the cost per tonne of mining costs justifies the development of large-scale equipment. It has been proven that the reasonable development trend of open pit mining is the use of large power shovels and cars. This trend is based on the fact that the use of large equipment under certain conditions can achieve the desired level of production with lower production costs. In view of the economies of scale inherent in large equipment, the possible manufacturing changes that result from the use of large equipment, and the benefits that multi-faceted improvements made by equipment manufacturers to large equipment designs can reduce unit production costs.
