建筑工程施工管理与质量控制一直以来都受到普遍的重视,但是依然有某些建筑工程质量不合格,这严重影响了当地形象,同时也广大的人民群众增加了不安全感,因此需要采取有效途径加强控制管理。首先对影响建筑工程质量的因素进行分析,其次概述了现阶段我国建筑工程质量控制现状;最后探讨了其有效途径,希望为提高建筑工程质量提供帮助。
Construction management and quality control have always been given universal attention. However, there are still some unqualified construction projects, which have seriously affected the local image and increased the sense of insecurity among the broad masses of the people. Therefore, effective measures must be taken Strengthen control and management. First of all, it analyzes the factors that affect the quality of construction projects, and then gives an overview of the current status of construction quality control in China at the present stage. Finally, it discusses its effective ways and hopes to help improve the quality of construction projects.
