防御机制作为一个重要概念被广泛地应用于临床实践中。在学术心理学领域,研究者们对它的认识经过了一个反复的过程。20世纪90年代以来,研究者们对防御机制和无意识过程的兴趣再次增强,出现了一系列实验和临床研究。因此,近年来有关防御机制的研究已从多纬度、多学科中展开,在学术领域和临床实践中都出现了不少有关防御机制的研究。文章简要回顾了防御机制的研究历史,概述当前学术领域对防御机制的研究并就几种防御机制作了简单的介绍。
Defense mechanisms are widely used in clinical practice as an important concept. In the field of academic psychology, researchers have undergone a repetitive process of its cognition. Since the 1990s, researchers have once again shown increased interest in defense mechanisms and unconscious processes, and a series of experimental and clinical studies have emerged. Therefore, in recent years, researches on defense mechanism have been carried out in multi-latitude and multidisciplinary studies, and many researches on defense mechanisms have appeared in academic field and clinical practice. The article briefly reviews the history of research on defense mechanisms, summarizes current academic research on defense mechanisms, and briefly introduces several defense mechanisms.
