社会发展新形势和社会治理现代化,对党校、特别是地方党校智库建设提出了要求。但是,地方党校智库建设尚处于初建阶段,存在教研咨比例不平衡、智库队伍建设不足和机制体制落后等问题。针对这些问题,需要采用新思路和新对策推动地方党校智库建设。一是党委政府和党校要上下联动,推进党校体制机制创新。二是建设和维护好各种保障平台。三是加强党校系统内部的交流与合作。四是运用“互联网+”等,加强地方党校智库建设。五是积极探索和总结地方党校智库建设规律。
The new situation of social development and modernization of social governance have put forward requirements for the building of a think tank for Party schools, especially for local Party schools. However, the building of the local party school think tank is still in its infancy, with the imbalance of teaching, teaching and counseling, the inadequate construction of think tanks, and the backwardness of the mechanism. In response to these problems, we need to adopt new ideas and new measures to promote the building of a think tank of local Party schools. First, party committees and governments and party schools should be linked up and down to promote institutional innovation in party schools. The second is to build and maintain a variety of security platforms. Third, strengthen the exchange and cooperation within the party school system. Fourth, the use of “Internet + ” and so on, strengthen the construction of local party school think tank. Fifth, we should actively explore and summarize the laws governing the building of think tanks in local Party schools.
