澳大利亚移民部负责制定引进外籍劳务计划,审核外籍劳工,并签发工作签证。移民部规定,如果澳大利亚公司或海外公司在澳国内劳工市场无法招聘到所需劳动力,或者无法通过自己的培训计划获得所需劳动力,而不得不从海外雇用劳工到澳大利亚工作时,该公司可以为外籍劳工提供担保,并为外籍劳工申请临时商务签证。凡需在澳工作3个月-4年的外籍劳工可以申请长期临时商务签证,即457签证。办理此类签证必须履行三项手续:用人公司担保;用人公司提名;被提名人办理签证。
The Australian Department of Migration is responsible for formulating plans for the introduction of foreign labor, reviewing foreign workers and issuing work visas. The Department of Immigration provides that if an Australian company or overseas company can not recruit the required labor force in the domestic labor market in Australia or is unable to obtain the necessary labor through its own training program and has to hire workers from overseas to work in Australia, Foreign workers provide guarantees and apply for temporary business visas for foreign workers. Foreign workers who need to work in Australia for 3 months to 4 years can apply for a long-term temporary business visa, that is, a 457 visa. To apply for such visas must fulfill three procedures: employer guarantees; employers nomination; nominee visa.
