“没有恢复就没有训练”是近几年来竞技体育老生常谈的话题,但运动员在运动训练中如何结合实际,将训练与恢复有计划的结合,使训练后的恢复真正融于训练。建立较完整的恢复措施手段,目前在大多运动队还只建立在书面计划阶段,真正关心恢复的方法是探究如何使用营养的秘密。所以本文主要就从事自行车多年的教学与训练实践,结合训练后的恢复谈一些认识,力求使训练后的恢复在实施中更科学有效。
“There is no training without recovery” is a common topic in competitive sports in recent years. However, how athletes combine sports training with practice and combine training with recovery in a planned way so that the recovery after training can really be integrated into training. The establishment of a more complete means of recovery measures, the current majority of sports teams are still only established in the written planning stage, the real concern for recovery is to explore how to use nutrition secrets. Therefore, this article mainly engaged in bicycle teaching and training for many years, combined with the recovery after training talked about some understanding, and strive to make the recovery of training in the implementation of more scientific and effective.
