冷芯盒法砂芯一般说来很少引起铸件缺陷.但如出现则其最多的缺陷为:(一)形成光亮碳;(二)铸件产生毛刺;(三)铸件产生针孔及气孔.
In general, cold-box method sand cores rarely cause casting defects, but the most common defects are as follows: (1) the formation of bright carbon; (2) burrs on the casting; and (3) pinholes and pores in the casting.
