目的:观察轻体型硅橡胶在全口总义齿试排牙中应用修复后的效果。方法:选择实验组10例无牙颌患者,用轻体型硅橡胶在全口总义齿试排牙后取闭口式印模,再灌注石膏模型,连同模型一起装盒制作义齿;对照组10例按常规法制作。用吸光度法比较两组患者在总义齿修复完成后2周及1,3,6月后的咀嚼效能。结果:实验组总义齿在使用2周、1月后的咀嚼效能比对照组同一时间点的咀嚼效能高(P<0.05),3月与6月差异无显著性(P>0.05)。不同时间点的总义齿咀嚼效能差异有显著性(P<0.01),不同的制作方法与时间因素的交互作用对总义齿咀嚼效能的影响差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组义齿的咀嚼效能差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:用轻体型硅橡胶在全口总义齿试排牙后取闭口式印模比常规方法制作的全口总义齿,可使无牙颌患者在短期内适应,并恢复较高的咀嚼效能。
Objective: To observe the effect of light body type silicone rubber applied denture denture in denture. Methods: Ten cases of edentulous patients were selected as the experiment group. After the denture was removed with the light body type silicone rubber, the model was closed, and then the gypsum model was reperfused. The denture was assembled with the model. In the control group, 10 cases Conventional production. Absorbance method was used to compare the masticatory efficacy of the two groups after 2 and 1, 3 and 6 months after the completion of the total denture repair. Results: The chewing performance of the total denture in the experimental group after two weeks of use was significantly higher than that of the control group at one time point (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between March and June (P> 0.05). The chewing efficacy of the total denture at different time points was significantly different (P <0.01). The effect of different manufacturing methods and time factors on the chewing performance was significantly different (P <0.01) The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using light-weight silicone rubber to fasten teeth after full-denture denture denture can make the edentulous patients adapt in the short term and resume high masticatory efficiency.
