为了增强医疗纠纷鉴定的中立性与公信力,本文论证了在医疗纠纷鉴定制度的设计上提供一些诸如异地鉴定和鉴定过程公开等更能让患方理解并接受的选择的必要性和可行性。同时探讨了异地鉴定和鉴定过程公开的操作原则和实施效果。
In order to enhance the neutrality and credibility of the identification of medical disputes, this article demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of providing medical dispute identification systems with more options such as off-site identification and identification procedures that are more understandable and acceptable to patients. At the same time, the operational principles and implementation effects of the open identification and identification process are discussed.
