对35例正常人和152例患者的ApoE表型和等位基因频率分布进行了比较,并比较东西方民族间的异同。结果表明,东西方人群之间存在种族差异,健康人群未发现ApoE 2/2,E 2/2患者的RCT明显低于其它各遗传表型,而其TG明显高于其它各型。
The ApoE phenotypes and allele frequency distributions in 35 normal subjects and 152 patients were compared and the similarities and differences between eastern and western peoples were compared. The results showed that there were racial differences between eastern and western populations. The healthy population did not find that the RCTs of ApoE 2/2 and E 2/2 patients were significantly lower than those of other genetic phenotypes and the TGs were significantly higher than those of other types.
