纵观我国传统高等师范院校对音乐人才的培养模式,还存在着在教学理念、教学方法以及师资等方面的问题,已经不适应当前音乐人才培养的现实状况。因此,只有进行音乐人才培养体系的改革,不断完善音乐人才培养模式,才能真正为我国音乐基础教育提供高质量的师资人才。本文通过对当前我国高等师范院校音乐人才培养中存在的问题进行分析和研究,在此基础上提出相关可行的改革措施,以期对我国音乐师范人才培养有一定的积极意义。
Throughout the traditional higher normal colleges and universities to train music talent model, there are still problems in teaching philosophy, teaching methods and teachers, has not adapted to the current situation of music talent training. Therefore, only by reforming the system of music talent cultivation and constantly improving the training model of music talents can we provide high-quality teachers talents for our country’s basic music education. Based on the analysis and research on the existing problems in the cultivation of music talents in higher normal colleges and universities in our country, this paper puts forward the relevant feasible reform measures in the hope of bringing some positive significance to the cultivation of music teacher talents in our country.
