目的探讨螺旋CT和B超对胆囊癌的诊断价值。方法对比分析经病理证实的34例胆囊癌的螺旋CT和B超表现特征及诊断价值。结果螺旋CT和B超诊断胆囊癌分别为23例和21例,诊断正确率分别为67.6%和61.8%,二者无显著差异。而螺旋CT与B超两者结合诊断胆囊癌共30例,诊断正确率上升到88.2%,具有统计学意义。结论螺旋CT结合超声诊断胆囊癌可显著提高其诊断正确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT and B ultrasound in gallbladder cancer. Methods The CT features and diagnostic value of 34 cases of gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by pathology were compared and analyzed. Results Spiral CT and B ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder cancer were 23 cases and 21 cases, the diagnostic accuracy was 67.6% and 61.8%, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two. The combined diagnosis of spiral CT and B-gallbladder cancer in 30 cases, the diagnostic accuracy rate rose to 88.2%, with statistical significance. Conclusion Spiral CT combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
