密封填料(又称盘根)是化工、化肥、石油、发电等工业机械上的重要配件,是解决跑、冒、滴、漏的关键密封材料。随着我国工业的迅速发展,对密封填料(以下有时简称填料)的品种、材质都提出了新的要求。我厂根据使用单位的要求,对此进行了试验研究,先后试制成功了YAB型和NFS型两种新型的填料。经过一个时期的实际考核,与国外同种填料装在同一机器上作对比试验,使用寿命赶上和超过了日本、西德的产品。现将两种密封填料的结构、材质、装配等作如下介绍。
