随着信息技术的普及发展和用户自身信息素养水平的不断提升,专业文献数据库的使用范围、使用方式已经发生了巨大变化。这种变化背后集中体现为用户利用文献数据库时查寻意图的变化。有必要建立反映用户一组查寻行为的查寻意图的组织体系,并以此为桥梁,前端连接信息需求,后端连接查寻行为。文章提出了文献数据库用户查寻意图的初步分类框架及其影响因素模型,并以医学文献数据库为实证领域,在问卷调研的基础上进行统计检验,验证模型中相关因素对用户查询意图的影响。结果显示影响因素模型基本得到了验证,用户职业角色、年资因素是主要影响因素,用户所处的环境、使用条件对意图有影响,但相对较弱。
With the popularization of information technology and the constant improvement of users’ information literacy, the scope and use of professional literature databases have undergone tremendous changes. Behind this change is reflected in the user’s intention to use the literature database changes in the search. It is necessary to establish an organizational system that reflects the search intent of a group of users’ search behavior and use it as a bridge to connect the front-end information needs and the back-end connection search behavior. The article puts forward a preliminary classification framework of the user search intent of the literature database and its influencing factors model, and takes the medical literature database as the empirical field. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper conducts statistical tests to verify the impact of the relevant factors on the user intentions. The results show that the model of influencing factors has basically been verified. The occupational role and age factor of users are the main influencing factors. The users’ environment and conditions of use have an impact on the intents but are relatively weak.
