首先对大倾角下运带式输送机常用的制动装置及其特点进行了对比分析。然后提出了一种新型的发电制动系统,介绍了其基本组成和工作原理,并给出了发电制动系统的设计计算方法及其适用范围。
First of all, it analyzes and compares the commonly used brake devices and their characteristics in the belt conveyor with large inclination angle. Then, a new type of generator braking system is presented. Its basic composition and working principle are introduced. The design and calculation method of generator braking system and its applicable range are also given.
