12月28日,唐山市就业促进会成立大会暨第一届会员大会召开。唐山市就业促进会是由民政局批准成立和注册的全市性社会团体,组建的目的是动员和依靠社会各界的力量,研讨劳动就业理论和实际工作的难点,开展有助于促进就业和服务于劳动力供求双方的各种实践活动,发挥联系政府部门及社会各界的桥梁和纽带作用,推动全市就业工作开展、建立具有中国特色的市场就业机制、促进全市经济发展和社会稳定服务。积极为进一步扩大就业、减少失业和帮助失业人员再就业发挥力量。唐山市就业促进会现吸纳单位会员137家,个人会员183人。
