应苏联科学院北方物理技术研究所邀请,哈尔滨焊接研究所专家代表团于1991年7月4日～16日访问了苏联北方物理技术研究所,并顺访了雅库斯特国立大学、雅库斯特机械维修厂、东北方技术安装公司,受到了热情友好的接待。该所主要研究在低温环境条件下,金属材料、机械及其构件的使用安全性及北方建筑热物理基础等方面的课题,在这些方面该所有两项专利和82项发明。
At the invitation of Northern Institute of Physical Technology, Soviet Academy of Sciences, a delegation of experts from Harbin Welding Institute visited North Institute of Physics and Technology of the Soviet Union from July 4 to July 16, 1991 and paid a courtesy visit to Yakutsk State University, Special mechanical maintenance plant, northeast technical installation company, has received a warm and friendly reception. The research focuses on topics such as the safety of metal materials, the use of machinery and their components, and the thermophysical basis of northern buildings in low-temperature environments where all two patents and 82 inventions are concerned.
