以转正义LeERF1、野生型、转反义LeERF1的“中蔬四号”番茄果实为试材,研究了转基因番茄果实与野生型番茄果实在2℃低温处理下抗冷性的差异。在2℃冷藏期间,转正义LeERF1绿熟及红熟期的番茄果实的冷害指数相对野生型和转反义LeERF1低,转反义LeERF1番茄果实冷害指数最高。2℃低温处理期间,转正义LeERF1绿熟及红熟期番茄果实的抗氧化酶SOD及POD活性相对较高,且游离脯氨酸含量也相对较高。结果表明,低温胁迫条件下,LeERF1的超表达可以增强番茄果实的对低温的耐受能力。
The cold resistance of transgenic tomato fruits and wild type tomato fruits treated with low temperature of 2 ℃ was studied using “Zhongzushu No.4” tomato fruit of transgenic LeERF1, wild type and antisense LeERF1 as test materials. During chilling at 2 ℃, the chilling injury index of tomato fruits with green and red ripening phase of righteous LeERF1 was lower than that of wild type and antisense leERF1, and the cold injury index of antisense LeERF1 tomato was the highest. During low temperature treatment at 2 ℃, the activities of SOD and POD in the green and red ripe tomato fruits with positive sense LeERF1 were relatively high, and the content of free proline was also relatively high. The results showed that overexpression of LeERF1 could enhance the tolerance of tomato fruits to low temperature under low temperature stress.
