改革开新路,发展迎新年。我国人民在欢庆香港回归和党的十五大召开并全面展开改革攻坚的奋斗中,胜利度过了不平凡的1997年,又在大力推进伟大事业新的发展中迎来充满希望的1998年。每到辞旧迎新之时,人们都不免心情激动,而今一元复始,人们在激动的同时,更多了一层深思:面对着跨世纪的历史重任,怎样把新的一年作为新的起点,迈出更坚实的步伐,创造出更辉煌的业绩?
