改革开放三十年来,法制报道随着我国民主和法制建设的深入而得到了不断的发展,法制报道已经深入到社会生活的各个领域,它对于社会主义三个文明建设,起着越来越重要的作用。法制报道在其发展过程中,也出现了新情况、新问题。法制教育引导不力,法理分析肤浅缺位,违反规定拍摄制作等等。在法制报道中,屡屡出现“法治不和谐”音符。本文就如何避免法制报道的负面效应进行探讨。
