在中学班主任这方百花争妍的教育领地,很多教师辛勤耕耘、播种,付出很多艰辛和汗水,收获了丰盈的果实。班级是学生成长的园地,也是班主任行使工作的第一阵地,能否有效进行班级管理,往往直接影响学生的个性发展以及学业的完成,因此对班级的管理是一件要引起高度重视而又十分艰难的工作。随着教育改革的深入进行,很多就有班级管理的弊病开始显现:缺乏对能力的教育;限制学生个体的提高;管理模式匮乏,忽视心理健康培养。以上问题导致学生的培养出现了问题和毛病。针对如上问题,可采用一定管理策略,解决班主任管理中存在的问题。
