财务管理是中小学管理的重要内容之一,在学校管理体系中占有十分重要的位置。它与教师队伍的管理,教育教学的管理有着非常密切的联系。财务管理应该说是学校管理的核心和基础,是学校管理水平高低的重要标志。财务管理决定着学校的经济命脉,关乎学校的存在、稳定和发展,关乎广大教职员工的切身利益,财务管理的成败涉及到能否全面贯彻教育方针,提高教育质量。科学合理的财务管理可以极大地增强广大教职工的主人翁意识,调动工作积极性,减轻政府和社会的负担,提高办学活力,为学校的可持续发展提供坚实的物质保证。
Financial management is an important part of the management of primary and secondary schools and occupies a very important position in the school management system. It has a very close relationship with the management of the teaching staff and the management of education and teaching. Financial management should be regarded as the core and foundation of school management and an important symbol of the level of school management. Financial management determines the school’s economic lifeline, which concerns the existence, stability, and development of the school. It is related to the vital interests of the majority of teaching staff. The success or failure of financial management involves whether or not the education policy can be fully implemented and the quality of education can be improved. Scientific and reasonable financial management can greatly enhance the sense of ownership of the majority of staff, mobilize the enthusiasm of the work, reduce the burden on the government and society, improve the vitality of running a school, and provide a solid material guarantee for the sustainable development of the school.
