目的:考察以化湿、清热、温阳、活血4组药物按照不同比例组成的3组中药复方对肥胖大鼠血糖血脂的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饲料饲喂12周的方法建立肥胖大鼠模型。造模成功后,随机分为5组,模型组(10 mL.kg-1蒸馏水),文迪雅组(0.3 mg.kg-1),化湿复方组(1.665 g.kg-1),清热复方组(1.565 g.kg-1),温阳复方组(1.665 g.kg-1),并设正常对照组(10 mL.kg-1蒸馏水)连续ig 2个月。分别于给药前、给药4,8周后测定空腹血糖(FBG),并于给药8后周测定口服糖耐量(0GTT),计算血糖曲线下面积;测定血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)。结果:给药8周后,各组大鼠FBG分别为:正常组(5.30±0.38)mmol.L-1,模型组(6.82±0.87)mmol.L-1,文迪雅组(5.92±0.29)mmol.L-1,化湿复方组(5.69±0.36)mmol.L-1,清热复方组(5.69±0.26)mmol.L-1,温阳复方组(5.35±0.35)mmol.L-1。各组大鼠TC分别为:正常组(1.07±0.08)mmol.L-1,模型组(1.48±0.11)mmol.L-1,文迪雅组(1.08±0.19)mmol.L-1,化湿复方组(0.98±0.07)mmol.L-1,清热复方组(0.94±0.16)mmol.L-1,温阳复方组(0.95±0.09)mmol.L-1。3组中药复方能降低肥胖大鼠的FBG(P<0.05)、改善糖耐量、降低血清TG和TC(P<0.05)。尤以温阳复方(P<0.01)效果最佳。结论:3组中药复方对肥胖大鼠均有较好的治疗作用,其中温阳复方疗效最好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of three groups of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions of dampness, heat-clearing, warming yang and activating blood circulation on blood glucose and blood lipid in obese rats. Methods: The model of obese rats was established by feeding high-fat and high-fat diet for 12 weeks. After successful modeling, the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group (10 mL.kg-1 distilled water), Avandia group (0.3 mg.kg-1), huanghuang compound group (1.665 g.kg-1) (1.565 g.kg-1), Wenyang Compound (1.665 g.kg-1), and normal control group (10 mL.kg-1 distilled water) for ig for 2 months. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) was measured before administration and after administration for 4 and 8 weeks respectively. Oral glucose tolerance (0GTT) was measured after 8 weeks of administration, and the area under the curve of blood glucose was calculated. Serum triglyceride (TG) and Total cholesterol (TC). Results: After 8 weeks of administration, the FBG in each group were (5.30 ± 0.38) mmol.L-1 in normal group, 6.82 ± 0.87 mmol.L-1 in model group, 5.92 ± 0.29 (5.69 ± 0.36) mmol.L-1, 5.69 ± 0.26 mmol.L-1 in heat-dampness compound group and 5.35 ± 0.35 mmol·L-1 in Wenyang Compound-treated group, . The TC of rats in each group were 1.07 ± 0.08 mmol.L-1 in normal group, 1.48 ± 0.11 mmol.L-1 in model group, 1.08 ± 0.19 mmol.L-1 in Avandia group, (0.98 ± 0.07) mmol.L-1 in wet compound group (0.94 ± 0.16) mmol·L-1 and 0.95 ± 0.09 mmol·L-1.3 in Wenyang Compound group Rats FBG (P <0.05), improve glucose tolerance, reduce serum TG and TC (P <0.05). In particular, yangyang compound (P <0.01) the best. Conclusion: The three groups of traditional Chinese medicine compound have a good therapeutic effect on obese rats, of which Wenyang compound has the best curative effect.
