目的:检测CXC趋化因子受体4(C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4,CXCR4)和CD40在人宫颈癌组织中的表达,并探讨两者表达水平和宫颈癌肌层浸润程度的相关性。方法:53例宫颈癌患者收集自苏州大学附属第一医院妇产科(2009年至2011年),年龄29~53岁,中位年龄41岁。免疫组织化学法检测53例宫颈癌组织中CXCR4和CD40的表达,分析两者表达水平和宫颈癌肌层浸润程度的相关性。结果:CD40和CXCR4在宫颈癌组织中有着不同程度的表达,两者间的表达水平呈正相关(P=0.035);22例CXCR4强阳性的组织中有11例呈CD40强阳性。与CXCR4或CD40单独表达水平相比,CXCR4和CD40共表达与宫颈癌肌层浸润深度更具相关性,在CXCR4与CD40均高表达的宫颈癌组织中发生深层肌层浸润的比例高于单独高表达的宫颈癌组织(90%vs 72%,P<0.05),明显高于两者均不表达的宫颈癌组织(90%vs 20%,P<0.01)。结论:CXCR4和CD40在宫颈癌组织中的表达与宫颈癌肌层浸润程度密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of CXCR4 and CD40 in human cervical carcinoma and to investigate the correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and the degree of myometrial invasion in cervical cancer. Methods: 53 cases of cervical cancer collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University Obstetrics and Gynecology (2009 to 2011), aged 29 to 53 years, mean age 41 years. The expression of CXCR4 and CD40 in 53 cases of cervical cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and CD40 was analyzed. Results: The expressions of CD40 and CXCR4 in cervical cancer tissues were significantly different (P = 0.035). Among the 22 cases with strong positive CXCR4, 11 cases showed strong positive CD40. Compared with the expression of CXCR4 or CD40 alone, the co-expression of CXCR4 and CD40 was more correlated with the depth of myometrial invasion in cervical cancer, and the rate of deep myometrial invasion was higher in cervical cancer with high expression of CXCR4 and CD40 (90% vs 72%, P <0.05), which was significantly higher than that in cervical cancer (90% vs 20%, P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of CXCR4 and CD40 in cervical cancer is closely related to the degree of cervical myometrial invasion.
