通过添加Cr、Mo、Ni、W、V等元素,设计和制备了热作模具钢样品。研究了热处理工艺对热作模具钢性能的影响。结果表明:1025℃淬火+550℃回火后的模具钢样品性能最佳,其抗拉强度为1785.1 MPa,屈服强度为1573.1MPa,硬度为50.9 HRC。当试验温度为600℃时,该样品抗拉强度为1272.5 MPa;试验温度为550℃时,该样品硬度值为402.5 HV。试样断口分布有大量的韧窝和很少的准解理形貌,表明模具钢有较高的强度和韧性。
Hot work die steel samples were designed and prepared by adding Cr, Mo, Ni, W, V and other elements. The effect of heat treatment on the performance of hot die steel was studied. The results show that the die steel samples after quenching at 1025 ℃ and tempering at 550 ℃ have the best performance. The tensile strength is 1785.1 MPa, the yield strength is 1573.1 MPa and the hardness is 50.9 HRC. When the test temperature is 600 ℃, the tensile strength of the sample is 1272.5 MPa; when the test temperature is 550 ℃, the hardness of the sample is 402.5 HV. Sample fracture distribution of a large number of dimples and very few quasi-cleavage morphology, indicating that the mold steel has a higher strength and toughness.
