现代远程教育中的各项研究工作已涉及教学和管理的各个领域,但从教育生态学的角度对现代远程教育进行探讨是一个新的视角。文章结合杭州电大的远程教育实践,以教育生态理论为指导,从以下几个方面阐述了如何构建良好的教育生态:一是加强现代远程教育的教育环境建设,二是保持教育生态系统的动态平衡,三是强化教育教学过程中的互动。
Various researches in modern distance education have been involved in all fields of teaching and management. However, exploring modern distance education from the perspective of educational ecology is a new perspective. Combining with the practice of distance education in Hangzhou TVU and the guidance of educational ecology theory, this article elaborates how to construct a good educational ecology from the following aspects: First, to strengthen the educational environment of modern distance education; secondly, to maintain the dynamic balance of educational ecosystem Third, to strengthen the interaction of education and teaching process.
