面对煤矿安全监察体制改革的新形势 ,如何深化和加强企业安全管理是亟待解决的问题。为了探讨和研究好这一现实问题 ,晋城煤业集团公司进行了实践和尝试 ,并且取得了较好效果。一方面 ,坚持六个强化 ,完善企业自我管理机制 ;另一方面 ,突出三个落实 ,完善企业自我约束机制。由于不断完善企业自我管理和自我约束机制 ,从而把安全管理引向了更深层次 ,促进了企业安全生产良好势头的进一步发展。
In the face of the new situation of coal mine safety supervision system reform, how to deepen and strengthen the safety management of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to explore and study this realistic problem, Jincheng Coal Industry Group conducted a practice and try, and achieved good results. On the one hand, adhere to the six to strengthen and improve the self-management mechanism; the other hand, highlight the three to implement, improve the self-restraint mechanism. Due to continuous improvement of the self-management and self-restraint mechanisms of enterprises, the safety management has been led to a deeper level, which has promoted the further development of the good momentum of production safety in enterprises.
