在新型农民培养工作中,村级成人学校作为农民培训最前沿的阵地发挥了重要的作用。但现在许多村级成人学校还存在着各种不足之处,亟待改进。为此,村级成人学校应该主动承担起发展主体的应有角色,建立科学管理机制,对现有的学校组织形态、管理方式、办学手段进行根本性的设计和创新,构建现代农村成人教育的学习平台,形成乐学向上的农村文化,推动草根教育学习活动的增长,形成一种自下而上的民众需求与学习实践。
In the process of cultivating new peasants, village-level adult schools play an important role as the forefront position of farmer training. However, there are still many shortcomings in many adult education schools at the village level, which are in urgent need of improvement.
