观察了高温、噪声及复合因素(高温十噪声)对大鼠血浆和心房组织心钠素(ANF)与内原性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)含量的影响,结果发现,高温可使血浆ANF含量明显降低(P<0.01),心房组织中ANF水平明显减少(P<0.001),噪声及复合因素也可使心房组织ANF含量明显下降(P<0.001),但上述因素对血浆EDLS影响不明显,仅暴露高温及复合因素后心房组织的EDLS含量明显增高(P<0.01).这些变化对心脏血流量、周围血管阻力和内环境稳态可能产生一定影响,使机体耐力下降.
The effects of high temperature, noise and composite factors (high temperature and ten noises) on the content of ANF and EDLS in plasma and atrial tissue of rats were observed. The results showed that high temperature could significantly increase the plasma ANF content (P <0.001). The noise and complex factors also significantly decreased the content of ANF in atrial tissue (P <0.001), but the above factors had no significant effect on plasma EDLS, only Exposure to high temperature and combined factors atrial tissue EDLS content was significantly increased (P <0.01) These changes may have an impact on cardiac blood flow, peripheral vascular resistance and homeostasis, the body endurance decreased.
