北方地区城市发展及其用水研究是北方地区水资源总体规划项目的课题之一。本文经分析揭示了城市用水的规律,提出加强城市用水定额管理、深挖节水潜力是必由之路的观点。
Research on urban development and its water use in northern China is one of the topics for the overall planning of water resources in northern China. This paper analyzes and reveals the law of urban water use. It puts forward the view that strengthening urban water quota management and digging water-saving potential is the only way.
