一、前言现行《钢筋混凝土结构设计规范》(TJ10—74)根据南京工学院等单位的系统研究结果,列入了使用阶段受拉区已开裂的受弯构件在短期荷载作用下的刚度计算公式。1982年发表了规范课题“变形裂缝专题研究组”所提出的钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件的刚度计算公式,公式如下:这就使刚度计算有了进一步的发展,是很好的。自从规范(TJ10—74)颁布以来,工程界和学术界对受弯构件的刚度公式有两种不同的反映:一则认为公式比较繁复,使用不便,物理意义不明显;另一则认为公式已比苏联等国外公式简单,推导有理。我们觉得,在理论上详细考虑由于裂缝的形成和开展对钢筋混凝土构件刚度的影响,所推导的刚度公式,其形式总是不很简
