春节期间,民众总是焕发出强劲的消费能量,释放出对高质高价产品的热情,犒劳一年的努力。此时,价格不再是人们关注的重点,高品质、健康与品位成为购物指南。此前,一系列食品安全事件的披露已经让民众对高品质生活的追求与向往表露出来:白酒塑化剂、肯德基“药鸡门”、徐福记抗氧化剂、恰恰“香精门”……伴随中国经济发展和收入水平的提高,更健康、更营养、更有品位的产品消费需求逐渐清晰起来。
