我院自1981年1月至1988年6月收治的150例有机磷中毒病人。此组病人均为住院病人。男28例,女122例男女之比为1:4.4。年龄15～30岁121例,占80.6％;31～40岁22例,40岁以上7例。来院求治多数在中毒后半小时至2小时,个别在24小时以上。病情多为中,重度,少数为轻度, 治疗方法:主要延用传统的综合治疗方法,即,彻底洗胃。阿托品1～3mg
Our hospital from January 1981 to June 1988 admitted 150 cases of organophosphate poisoning patients. This group of patients are hospitalized patients. There were 28 males and 122 females with a ratio of 1: 4.4. 121 cases aged 15 to 30 years, accounting for 80.6%; 31 to 40 years in 22 cases, more than 40 years old in 7 cases. To seek treatment in the majority of hospitalized half an hour to two hours after poisoning, some in more than 24 hours.
