目的:建立RP-HPLC测定山豆根中三叶豆紫檀苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Symmetry shield RP C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),检测波长为310nm。结果:三叶豆紫檀苷在0.49~4.9μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系;精密度试验相对标准偏差为1.31%;加样回收率为96.69%~98.57%;山豆根中三叶豆紫檀苷含量为0.019%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于山豆根中三叶豆紫檀苷含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of triterpene in Shandougan. Methods: The chromatographic column was Symmetry shield RP C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (50:50) and the detection wavelength was 310 nm. Results: Triterpenoid glycyrrhizin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.49 ~ 4.9μg; the relative standard deviation of precision test was 1.31%; the recoveries of samples were 96.69% ~ 98.57% Triton glycosides content of 0.019%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the determination of the content of peirtine in clove bean.
