目的建立快速、准确检测婴幼儿配方奶粉中亚硝酸盐含量的离子色谱测定方法。方法样品经过超声处理,再通过0.22 um滤膜、Ag柱、Na柱后以4.5 mmol/L碳酸钠溶液、1 mmol/L碳酸氢钠溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mg/L,用保留时间定性峰面积定量。结果方法的平均回收率为105.3%,变异系数RSD 4.87%,该法的最低定量下限为0.2 mg/kg。结论离子色谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中亚硝酸盐检出限满足国家标准限值,方法操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、方法准确等。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of nitrite in infant formula milk powder by ion chromatography. Methods The samples were sonicated and then passed through a 0.22 um membrane, Ag column and Na column. The mobile phase consisted of 4.5 mmol / L sodium carbonate solution and 1 mmol / L sodium bicarbonate solution. The flow rate was 1.0 mg / L, Peak area quantitative. Results The average recovery of the method was 105.3% with a coefficient of variation of 4.87%. The lowest limit of quantification was 0.2 mg / kg. Conclusion Ion chromatography detection of infant formula milk powder nitrite detection limit to meet the national standard limit, the method is simple, high sensitivity, reproducibility, accurate and so on.
