苏联运輸設計总局曾于1962年編制出一套統一化的預应力鋼筋混凝土鉄路和公路桥梁跨构的技术設計,成功地綜合了杆件的构造及其制造工艺。按照杆件的构造和制造方法的特征,統一化的桥跨結构可以分成三組基本类型:板式桥跨、整垮的先张法梁(即在灌注混凝土前张拉鋼筋的梁)和装配式后张法桥梁成品块。其中,装配式桥梁成品块可运至安装地点并拼組之;此时,鋼筋在混凝土上进行张拉。为制造上述的每組跨构需要各配备专門的設备。但是,最合理的还是配备一套統一化設备,使其既能用来制造最复杂的整跨梁,而在更換一些配件后也可以用来制造另外一些結构;其中并包括現有的定型桥跨,因为这些类型在今后一段长时期內修建第二线或更換現有的桥跨时还将釆用。
